Dear customer, As some of you are aware the processing of UK Vodafone codes are taking slightly longer than normal. This is because of the tighter security that Vodafone have put on the access to the codes database. Vodafone have changed the security access for their codes service in many area’s and it will soon be rolled out across all systems in the UK. This is making it harder for suppliers to obtain a high volume of codes and due to this high volume of codes we are processing it is restricting the amount we can process each day from our suppliers.
Whilst we are trying to get this service back to normal speed, please make sure you advise your own customers of the problems and the need to be a little patient. We estimate codes will be processed between 24-72 hours at present, but hope to return back to normal as soon as we can.

To ensure the correct code for the latest Blackberry handsets, please read and follow instructions in the following link. This will help you to get the right code 1st time!

As some of you are aware, samsung codes have been delayed. We have now been updated on the reasons for the delay.

As a result we have to advise that from now until further notice samsung worldwide codes will take upto 7 days from the day it was submitted. I know this is not what you want to hear, but unfortunately this is the only way to get samsung codes at this moment and no other code supplier can get them quicker, faster or instant any more! Please dont be taken in by what you may see advertised elsewhere online!

If you are willing to wait for your code, please leave your code pending and as soon as its ready you will be emailed your unlock code the minute it has been processed – there is no need to contact us.

If you do not want to wait, then that is no problem. Please email your pending Samsung IMEI number(s) to admin@unlockbycode.net and state that you would like to cancel the Samsung code(s). We will cancel your request and refund credits within 12 hours.

A new Blackberry Security platform has been released which does not allow you to use the standard Worldwide Blackberry code calculation. This new security platform means you will not get a correct unlock code from us (or any other code supplier).

How to check your Blackberry has this new security platform:
If your phone has the digits “03″ in the middle of the IMEI then it is likely it has the new security platform, e.g. xxxxxx 03 xxxxxxx. At this time, we only know of a few worldwide networks are using this new platform, these are as follows: Orange UK, Vodafone India, Bell Canada and Telus Canada.

If you think your Blackberry has this new security we recommend you do not request the standard “Worldwide Blackberry” code. We suggest you use the “Blackberry Worldwide (Rim Database Code)” service to ensure you get the right code 1st time. The cost is a lot higher but it better to pay more for the right code than little for a code that may not work, but of course the choice is yours!!

We can now provide UK Orange Nokia codes. Timescale for delivery may change but we hope to provide codes within 3 working days. Cost of this service is 30 credits.

Sony Ericsson Worldwide codes are back again. In order to use this service you will need to provide us with extra information so we can calculate the code. Before submitting the imei we need you to power on the phone and type in >*<<*<*
A hidden menu will appear, and once shown you need to go to CONFIGURATION. Now scroll down to where you will see KRH Information. Just under this is will be the code wee need – e.g. CD32OV1T8D. Put this information in the comments box when submitting IMEI. Any imei submitted without this code will be returned as a refund.

We have added Blackberry database code option to Blackberry Worldwide. The difference between this and the standard Blackberry Worldwide is that the new code request will obtain the codes from the main RIM database, so you will be guaranteed the right code. This includes the new security models such as 8900 Curve. The standard Blackberry Worldwide codes are currently obtained through a code generator, which sometimes provides up to 5 codes for you to input. The choice of ehich you use however is yours!
