Dear customers, please do not request or upload BB5 new security SL3 .ask files for rpl processing. At this moment the rpl server cannot repair SL3 imei or simlock data repair. Any submission that creates rpl but does not repair your problem will not be refunded.
So before uploading we advise that you check firmware version of the phone. Here are the current firmwares that contain SL3:
3600s (RM-352 v56.25)
5310 (RM-303 v58.58)
6300 (RM-217 V57.20)
6500c (RM-265 V59.45)
6500s (RM-240 V59.60)
There may be other models and versions that are also SL3, so we advise that if any firmware starts with v56, v57, v58 or v59 then this is SL3 simlock and there is no current fix for damaged data.
Due to increasing security by Vodafone, the UK Vodafone codes are taking slightly longer than we like. There is nothing we can do about it because Vodafone have raised their security and are auditing access to the code server. This is making it a bit more difficult for us to obtain fast codes, but we hope that it will be all back to normal by middle of May. We apologies for the delays but it seems that most other suppliers are in the same position.
