All we ask for is the imei of the handset and the provider ID. This is the code directly above the imei on the label behind the battery. An example of the provider ID is: OT708X-2VDGB1

You must put the provider ID in the Comments box when submitting your code request or your credits will be refunded.

We have also changed our pricing structure, which now makes it cheaper for you to order unlocking codes, but please remember to try and submit the MEP with your imei as this ensures 1 correct code. If no MEP was submitted and code was wrong we will NOT issue a refund.

If this changes we will notify you but we think that T-Mobile have followed Three network in removing their unlock codes from the worldwide database in order to keep customers, and customer retention is a very big thing with the network operators during this economical climate.

• You MUST read and supply MEP simlock type where ever possible – this makes it easier and quicker to supply the right code 1st time.
• IMEI starting 980 or with 03 in the 6th and 7th digits of IMEI will be “New Security” and need to be submitted using “Blackberry New Security 1” from the “Blackberry New Security“ menu.
• If the handset is 8520 on T-Mobile UK, Storm2 (9520) or Onyx (9700) on any network then you will need to submit your IMEI using “Blackberry New Security 2” in the “Blackberry New Security” menu.

Please be aware that if you submit a code request in the wrong section you will get refunded for the submission, so it is best to make a note of this information and use it to ensure we process your codes as quickly as possible.
